47 years running, the Country Ham Festival has been the premiere annual event that has evolved and grown to put small-town Cadiz on the map!
Every year, the town's population of 2600 is eclipsed by more than 50,000 who will come and go, enjoying great food and music, or winning a prize at one of the carnival booths.
FOR YOUR BELLIES
You can smell the aromas blocks away as you approach the Downtown. Trucks and carts from as far as Chicago, come to Cadiz to serve up their delicious goods to Fest-goers.

Friday and Saturday, 10am to 10pm
Features live acts and music groups.
Will be on site with music going on all two days with Special Musical Entertainment on Friday and Saturday Nights.
Country Ham Contest, Car and Truck Show, Favorite Festival Foods available, Fireworks will wrap the fest Saturday night.
**The carnival is usually set up, ready, and open. Rides usually open at 4 pm and operate until 10 pm. We’re still checking to see if this will be the same this year.
In years past, you could also get a book of tickets for $30 or grab a wrist band for $50 and ride all you like.)
