The 2022 46th Annual
in Cadiz, Kentucky
46 years running, the Country Ham Festival has been the premiere annual event that has evolved and grown to put small-town Cadiz on the map!
Every year, the town's population of 2600 is eclipsed by more than 50,000 who will come and go, enjoying great food and music, or winning a prize at one of the carnival booths.
